Policies and Prices
Tuition
All regular fees for classes are described below. Tuition is due on or before the 1st day of the class period, and is considered late after the 7th day of the period. A $10 late fee will be assessed for all past due accounts. Students will be dropped from class if payment has not been received by the 15th day of the period. There will be a $15 reinstatement fee, if a student is dropped from a class without previous written notice and wishes to return to class. Automatic Credit Card charge can be set-up if customer desires.

Make-up Policy
Students may make-up a class by contacting the front office and scheduling the make-up class. Full classes will not be available for make-ups. All make-up classes must be scheduled within the same semester period, unless otherwise approved. No make-up classes will be given for scheduled holidays. Scheduled holidays are: One week for Spring Break, Good Friday plus the following Saturday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day Weekend, one week for Fall Break if applicable, Thanksgiving (Wed – Saturday) and Christmas Break through New Year’s Day. EC Athletics will not be open during these holidays.
Dropping a Class
Students wishing to drop a class must notify the front office in writing before the first day of the period.
Dress Code & Gym Etiquette
Students should wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. Coach may request specific uniform or practice attire.
· Absolutely no jewelry allowed. Long hair must be secured.
· No shoes are allowed on the gym floors unless approved by EC Athletics staff.
· Absolutely no food or drink allowed in the gym areas, including gum.
